When Will I Get My Order?

Your print will be mailed to Kittiya Pawlowski first for inspection where she will hand sign it. If it is a limited edition, a certificate of authenticity will be included. Then it will be repackaged and shipped to you.

Giclee prints will ship 1-2 weeks after your purchase date.

Acrylic prints will ship 3-5 weeks after your purchase date. Acrylic prints take extra time to build, mount, and package.

International Shipping: All international timelines are estimates. Delivery speed is subject to carrier transit times and mandatory customs processing at the destination border, which are beyond our control.

International Customs & Duties

The recipient is the "importer of record" and is responsible for all customs duties, Value Added Tax (VAT), and import fees levied by their respective government. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. We recommend contacting your local customs office for specific rate information before purchasing.

Please allow extra transit time during holiday seasons, as customs processing may experience global delays.

Return & Refund Policy

Because each print is a custom-produced work of art, and in the case of Limited Editions, hand-signed and serialized, all sales are final after a 24-hour grace period.

  • Cancellation Window: Refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase with an original receipt or order number. After 24 hours, the production process has begun and refunds are not guaranteed.

  • Refused Deliveries: If a delivery is refused by the recipient for any reason, including a refusal to pay mandatory customs fees or VAT, the order is not eligible for a refund. The customer remains responsible for the full purchase price and all original shipping costs.
